Refund policy
You may request a refund within the first 15 days after your purchase. In such cases, please send an email directly to info@mydotprompt.com explaining the reason for your request. We accept and process a 100% refund in the following cases:
- Mismatched Downloaded Images: If the downloaded images do not match the images shown in the product.
- Prompt Usage Discrepancy: If you are using the prompt and it does not generate images in the same style as shown in the product listing, in two(2) or more frames of the 4-image grid of Midjourney. In this case, please provide a screenshot of the prompt written in Midjourney along with the resulting output to verify that it is correctly written and so that we can assist you. Remember that the prompt is NOT designed to accept personal images as imput or images from libraries or images bank (including links or URL), and you have to read if the prompt has any limitation before buying. This limitations are always explicid in the description of each product.
- Misrepresentation of Information. Omitted Information. We approve a 100% refund if you indicate that you have not been adequately informed about the product you are purchasing. This pertains to the product description, information regarding size, resolution, file type, download, or details about Midjourney, which have been omitted and are not displayed in any product sections. If any detail of your purchase has not been specified before and during the purchase, please let us know. We value transparency and your satisfaction.
No return label is required. If your refund is approved, it will be applied automatically. Since there is no physical item, there is no need to return anything.
